Reconstruction school building Vogelbuch, Rizenbach

According to the architects' plans, the Vogelbuch school building was to be extended by one classroom length. In addition, the entrance area, break hall and group room were redesigned.

The break hall placed special demands on the engineer.
The construction method
Due to the specification that no joist should be visible, it was integrated into the structure. The load-bearing elements are box girders made of three-layer panels and glulam ribs. The group room extension was built as a timber element construction.
