Capital increase and general meeting at Scrimber

Scrimber is the solution for dispensing with steel and concrete in building construction. This is an important contribution to climate protection. On Thursday, 02.03.2023 the second general meeting of IG Scrimber will take place. Interested persons are invited to attend.
Scrimber is being further developed by the Bern University of Applied Sciences and other research partners on the basis of developments in Australia in the 1970s and experience with bamboo. This will bring Scrimber to market maturity. Scrimber will primarily be used to produce large-format, low-cost raw boards for glulam. Scrimber CSC Holding AG was founded in Thun in August 2022. It is fully paid up with CHF 100'000. Now the ordinary capital increase takes place according to the resolution of the general meeting of 10.01.2023.
