Team day for Timbatec

Every year, we hold four team days with the entire workforce. On November 25, we visited Hilti's production facilities in Schaan and then enjoyed a Christmas dinner together. It was impressive to see what plans Hilti has for timber construction.
Wood construction is booming. Wood is the building material of the future - no matter what kind of building project. That's why more and more building owners are turning to the sustainable material. Hilti has adopted a timber construction strategy and has since been researching fasteners and technologies in timber construction. The tour of the Techpark was highly interesting and, understandably, may not be documented photographically.
For us, the timber construction boom means increasing requests for competitions and construction projects. We can only handle the many exciting projects with a committed and well-trained team. That is why all our employees are entitled to 100 hours of personal training per year. This way we are always up to date - whether in building physics or in any other specialist area.
We organize four team days a year for the exchange of ideas between colleagues. This year, in addition to the excursion to Hilti, we were able to visit the power-to-gas plant Limeco and the basement in timber construction, try our hand at fire extinguishing at the RKZ BBM Köniz and enjoy a sunny snow day.
