The people at our company like their work. We use strengths in a targeted manner and thus make optimum use of specialist knowledge. Our employees undergo continuous training and use the quarterly team days to exchange experiences, for communication training and to improve structures.
Our roots lie in timber construction. This heritage continues to shape our way of thinking and our enthusiasm for timber to this day – yet it places no limits on our thinking. In structural engineering, we approach every project independently of the materials involved and develop the appropriate solution using timber, steel, concrete, hybrid construction methods or even in the case of existing buildings. Wherever timber can demonstrate its strengths, we make targeted use of it.
